An Audience With Julian Clary Join master raconteur Julian Clary who will be talking about his life in the spotlight and his latest novel Devil in Disguise, a darkly funny and deeply rude triumph! Helping Julian to delve into the deepest recesses of his bountiful closet will be friend and confidante Joanne Good popular presenter of BBC London's Late Show for what promises to be an afternoon of laughter, innuendo and anecdote. Following his 'cozy chat' with Joanne, Julian will be opening himself up for questioning and signing copies of his book Devil in Disguise which will be available to buy at the theatre.

A Dark Day in Paradise by Clare Twomey 3,000 black ceramic butterflies descend on the sumptuous interiors of the Royal Pavilion. The butterflies cluster on the extravagant Banqueting Room table, across window panes, in roof lights, on mantelpieces and other surfaces throughout the ground floor rooms. Their sombre beauty is a reflection on the excesses and frivolity of the past life of the palace.
Clare Twomey is a British ceramicist/artist who works with clay in large-scale installations, sculpture and site-specific works. Over the past 10 years she has exhibited at Tate, Victoria & Albert Museum, Crafts Council, and the Museum of Modern Art in Kyoto, Japan. A museumaker commission, funded by the MLA and the Arts Council England

Boogaloo Stu’s Ballroom Blitz Boogaloo Stu presents a night of crazy karaoke, big hair and wild costumes. Art Events BR Presents Marcelo D2 MARCELO D2 with BAND + FERNANDINHO BEAT BOX Marcelo D2 a former vocalist of the band Planet Hemp, started his solo career in 1998 with the critically acclaimed album Eu Tiro nda, a hip hop album well accepted by the public and rap movement within SPaulo, earning respect from names such as Black Alien, Zonzalez, Dj Nuts and BnegProcura da Batida Perfeita, his sophomore effort mixed hip-hop with samba and included a collaboration with will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas. Since, he's released a further 2 albums garnering more widespread acclaim, and a whole new audience partial to his hip hop, rap and samba crossover tunes. 14+

Two Spot Gobi have been performing together since 2005 when they first formed as a six piece and started touring. Since that time they have played to tens of thousands of happy listeners all over the UK, the USA and in Europe. Their most notable dates have included support slots with Grammy winning artist Jason Mraz, Lisa Hannigan and Newton Faulkner.
In the summer of 2009 TSG travelled to San Diego, California where they recorded their second studio album, The Sun Will Rise. Now for the first time ever in Brighton come and see the band play an intimate show at the venue where they played their first sold-out show five years ago.
